Jackson has a nightly pre-bedtime routine that now has to end. Right before it is time to put on his PJs, he climbs up to his top bunk and jumps onto his couch. Tonight, while I was brushing Mikey's teeth, we heard a thunk and then a high pitched crying sound. Jeff went in to check and found out that Jackson had jumped onto the couch and bouneed off and hit the edge of his table with his cheek. After calming Jackson down, he told him "NO MORE JUMPING OFF OF YOUR BED!" and went downstairs to get an ice pack.
Mikey promptly went in to Jackson (who was still whimpering) and said:
"You have to be careful around beds! This is NOT amateur night, YOU UNDERSTAND?! This is NOT amateur night." He then ran down the hall yelling: "THIS IS NOT AMATEUR NIGHT!"
Where does that come from? It's not like he has ever seen "Showtime at the Apollo!"
