By the time Mikey had lost everything in his system and returned to normal, Jackson started complaining about his stomach ache on the way to school. Since I have used that excuse a million times myself, I didn't take him too seriously, and was rewarded for that three hours later by a call from the school office, asking me to pick him up. He made it home and spent the rest of the day throwing up, including once on his bunk bed that somehow made it to the bed below.
Charlotte started the next day, and Sunny is in bed right now with an upset stomach. So, what do you do?
- Get used to your kids with green complexions.
- Stop dressing them in clothes, since you're going to have to strip them off, anyway.
- Try not to think of the germs they're giving you every time they snuggle.
- Pull out the quilts given to you by your crazy relatives.
- Be grateful all your floors are hardwood.

I'm so sorry, guys. That's just the worst. Very few things worse than cleaning up mess after mess from kid after kid. My heart goes out to you.
